The Las Vegas Grand Prix will move into its fourth race this
year, and each year it seems to get bigger, better and more thrilling for fans.
We all know the reputation of the city, and many fans were perhaps a bit
cautious of having a race there. But Sin City has excelled itself, under the
lights on the iconic Las Vegas Strip.
Taking place this year between 19 and 21 November, the third
race before the end of the season, it’s certainly one to put on the bucket
list. And here’s why…
Of course, there are several night races across the season,
but none compare really to the scale and atmosphere of Las Vegas. The circuit
winds its way past world-famous landmarks, with the neon-lit casinos really
standing out to create a quite extraordinary backdrop.
The fountains of the Bellagio, the already iconic Sphere,
Caesars Palace, it’s more visually striking than anywhere else, and really
brings glamour and spectacle to an important race of the season.
A trip to the F1 for the week or weekend doesn’t just
revolve around raceday; it’s about what you can do in the city too, and Vegas
is the capital of entertainment. There are world-class shows in almost every
hotel, musical acts, comedy, shopping and great hospitality. Then, of course,
there are the casinos.
Ultimate Entertainment Destination & Unique Viewing
They say that nothing beats a fight night on the casino
floors of Vegas, but we’d beg to differ, with an electric atmosphere on race
weekend. It’s the chance for people to test out their own skills during a
period where casino gaming is on the rise.
Aided by the revolutionary
Texas-style social casino
and sports betting that are dominating the space, getting out on the real-life
tables ahead of seeing Hamilton, Verstappen and co hit the track is like no
other F1 experience.
On a more important logistical note, you’re really not short
of places to stay over race weekend. It’s a city built for major events and
tourism, and you won’t be short of luxury stays either.
Many of
the city’s iconic hotels overlook the circuit,
offering premium vantage points, while of course, there are so many hospitality
options for the event too, rooftop terraces and grandstands.
To really make it a bucket list day, go for a VIP package
which will include fine dining, open bars and behind-the-scenes access to
really take your trip and
2026 Formula 1 World Championship to the next
level.
Thrill of the Strip a Gateway to a Bigger Adventure
No visit to Las Vegas would be complete without
experiencing its legendary casinos, and race weekend provides the perfect
excuse to indulge. From the elegance of the Bellagio to the energy of Caesars
Palace, the city’s gaming venues offer excitement around the clock.
After a day at the track, many fans head straight to
the casino floor to try their luck. Whether it is poker, blackjack, or
roulette, the atmosphere is electric, similar to that of seeing a Ferrari race
round the circuit, especially during a major event weekend. The combination of
high-stakes racing and high-stakes gaming creates a uniquely thrilling
experience that you simply will not find at any other Grand Prix.
Lastly, don’t just treat it as a race weekend in Vegas; it
can be far more than just a weekend trip. It can be the focal point of a much
larger adventure. The city is a great base for seeing the rest of Nevada,
including a trip out to the Grand Canyon, which is just as visually striking as
seeing F1 cars flash through the city.
The Hoover Dam, the Extra-Terrestrial Highway,
and even a few days out in Los Angeles can all be enjoyed from Vegas, so it’s a
great opportunity to turn a sporting trip into a truly memorable holiday.
