Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen has been reprimanded by F1 stewards after they concluded that he drove in a potentially dangerous manner when exiting pit lane during the final minutes of free practice for the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Raikkonen overtook cars which were waiting to leave the pit lane after FP2 was resumed following a red flag spell at the Sakhir circuit.
Stewards decided that "the driver of car 7 drove in a potentially dangerous manner when leaving the Pit Lane."
The reprimand is Raikkonen's first of the season. Drivers are handed a five-place grid penalty if they accumulate three reprimands.
