Mercedes announced that their 2025 Formula 1 challenger, the W16, will break cover days after the inaugural season launch event at London’s The O2.
The F1 season launch event which will be held on February 18 celebrates 75 years of the sport and Mercedes who will introduce their 2025 livery during the event will reveal their actual car on February 24.
Mercedes said in a statement: "The Mercedes-AMG F1 W16 E Performance, the team's 2025 car, will be unveiled on Monday 24 February."
The team confirmed that the car will shaken down in Bahrain, one day after its reveal.
In addition to Mercedes, Williams will reveal their 2025 F1 car, the FW47, on February 14 at Silverstone with a one-off livery while their actual livery for 2025 will be unveiled during the F1 launch event.
Haas will reveal their 2025 single seater, the VF-25 on February 16 at Silverstone where Esteban Ocon will drive it for the first time for a filming day.
Ferrari will show their 2025 F1 car to the world on February 19, one day after the F1 launch even and will run the car for the first time at their Fiorano track.
Pre-season testing will take place in Bahrain between February 26 and 28. The first race of the season will be the Australian Grand Prix on March 16.
