Aston Martin Formula 1 team announced on Tuesday that Dan Fallows will not be their technical director anymore, but will remain with the group.
The team said in a statement: "The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team and Technical Director Dan Fallows have today jointly announced that from November, Dan will no longer serve as Technical Director of the Formula One Team. Dan will remain with the Group."
Aston Martin Group CEO Andy Cowell commented: "I would like to thank Dan for his contribution to Aston Martin Aramco in the last two years.
"Dan led the team to the success of the AMR23 which secured eight podiums last season," the former Mercedes F1 engine boss added.
As for Fallows who
joined Aston Martin from Red Bull Racing back in 2022 after a legal battle; he said: "In my time at Aston Martin, it has been a joy and a privilege to guide the technical team on their journey towards being race and championship winners.
"It is time for me to pass on the baton, but I look forward to watching the team's future success, which I am sure will come soon," Fallows concluded.
Fallows' role as tech boss ending comes after
Adrian Newey was announced as the team's technical managing partner and shareholder back in September.
