Lewis Hamilton to Ferrari is the hottest news in Formula 1 right now — the big question is, when can fans get their hands on the first merchandise?

Hamilton’s Mercedes-Ferrari switch not only sets the stage for a mouthwatering F1 title battle with teammate Charles Leclerc, McLaren’s Lando Norris/Oscar Piastri, and Red Bull’s Max Verstappen; it brings together two of the sport’s biggest fanbases: ‘Team LH’ and the Tifosi.
Only time will tell if the Brit can make a success of his blockbuster move to the Scuderia, but fans are already itching to show their support with the first-ever Ferrari-Hamilton merch.
If Ferrari’s previous launches are anything to go by, fans can expect to see fresh apparel hit the shelves shortly after the team unveils its 2025 car. This year’s challenger is set to be rolled out for the first time on February 19 — most likely at the outfit’s Fiorano test track.
However, with all ten teams revealing their 2025 liveries at a launch event inside London’s O2 Arena on February 18, it’s possible Hamilton and Leclerc will turn up in new gear beforehand.
F1’s star-studded livery launch is a first of its kind, so it’s unclear whether it’ll be the drivers or just the cars sporting new looks. Either way, it seems like excited fans only have weeks to wait until getting their hands on what’s sure to be best-selling swag.

What will Hamilton’s Ferrari merch look like?

At Mercedes, Hamilton’s tie-up with fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger influenced the design of the team’s threads. But, at last year’s Spanish Grand Prix, the seven-time F1 world champion cast doubt on the idea that this partnership would see a crossover at Ferrari.

“I don’t know exactly what I’m doing with the team,” he told Crash.net. “I’ve brought them [Tommy Hilfiger] to the team a long time ago now.”

“We’re still doing collabs with young designers. I don’t know what the team’s plan is… but we probably have our own thing going on, so they won’t be coming to Ferrari with us," Hamilton added.
While Mercedes have signed a deal with Adidas for the upcoming season, Ferrari has a long-running partnership with Puma. Ferrari certainly hasn’t shown any sign of severing its ties with the sportswear giant, launching the Scuderia Ferrari HP collection earlier this month.
With Hamilton also an ambassador for the brand, it seems highly likely that Ferrari will launch a range of special edition Puma-labelled Hamilton merch in the near future.

That iconic photo at Maranello: A sign of things to come?

Hamilton continues to experiment with his own style, turning up at fashion shows and launching his own clothing lines this has even spilled over into F1 through his extravagant pitlane outfits.
This trend seems set to continue at Ferrari, after the 40-year-old was photographed on his first day at Maranello wearing a lavish Ferragamo suit. There could be more Ferragamo tie-ups on the horizon but if future outfits are priced anything like the brand’s other fashionwear these will come at a premium.
With regards to any potential Puma merch, it’s hard to predict what this will look like. During his Maranello test, Hamilton debuted a bright yellow helmet design reminiscent of the one he sported at McLaren, so there could also be more of that familiar fluorescent color on the cards.
We’ll find out in just a few weeks. To ensure you don’t miss out, keep an eye on the Ferrari website and F1 Store, which will have all the official merch for the 2025 F1 season.
