Formula 1 confirmed that Gulf Air will continue as the Title Partner of the Bahrain Grand Prix through to 2027, extending a partnership that has been in place since the race's inaugural edition in 2004. The agreement marks the longest-standing title partnership in the sport.
As the first
Formula 1 race to be held in the Middle East, the Bahrain Grand Prix established itself as a landmark event when it debuted on 4 April 2004. Over the past 21 years, the race has become a fixture on the calendar, delivering world-class racing under the desert lights with Gulf Air ever present.
Emily Prazer, Chief Commercial Officer of Formula 1, highlighted the significance of the partnership: “Gulf Air’s enduring commitment to the Bahrain Grand Prix is a testament to the power of long-term partnerships in motorsport.

A synonymous partnership

The Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2025 is
scheduled to take place from 11-13 April, following the conclusion of Ramadan, which is expected to run from 1-31 March.
The event will once again offer a vibrant mix of high-speed action and entertainment, blending Bahraini culture with a festival atmosphere that attracts fans and visitors from around the world. Alongside the racing spectacle, the grand prix weekend will feature live performances, gourmet dining experiences, and immersive fan experiences at the Bahrain International Circuit.
