Lewis Hamilton blamed Ferrari's execution of their qualifying session for the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix after ending up sixth on the grid and half a second off the pace.

The only position for Hamilton was that he could outqualify his teammate, Charles Leclerc, who was seventh fastest in the sister car.
It has been a few races now that Hamilton has felt some improvement in the way he felt in his SF-25 after his well-documented struggles since joining Ferrari at the start of the 2025 Formula 1 season.
However, the seven-time F1 Champion has not been able to translate that into results, and qualifying in Singapore was another example, as he could not fight for pole despite being fastest in Q1.
Speaking to Sky Sports F1 after the session, Hamilton lamented his final result despite feeling good in his car and consequently targeting a fight for pole.
"I've enjoyed it," he said. "I felt on it all weekend; I felt good in the car. We saw Q1; I felt really strong and thought we would be fighting for the top positions.
"Just the way the plan goes and where we end up waiting in the pit lane, losing tyre temperature, using a tyre on the out lap, then coming in, the temperature effect.
"All these things add up to not optimizing the sessions. We have to do some work to optimize that," the 40-year-old pointed out.
Quizzed as to how the problem should be solved, Hamilton said: "We will talk in the background. Just have to have conversations about it and improve the process. Everyone is working as hard as they can; we just need to look at what the others are doing.
"Mercedes were out first; they didn't lose any tyre temperature, and they were at the front. We were waiting, turning the car off at the end of the pit lane and lose five or six degrees, which is hard to get back.
"In Q3 I had nothing, just lost half a second in performance from the tyres. That's frustrating, but I will try my best tomorrow," Hamilton concluded.
