Max Verstappen will be back to where it all started back in 2021, Abu Dhabi, where he won his first Formula 1 Title, denying Lewis Hamilton his seventh, on a Yas Marina night of high contention.

We all remember that evening in 2021, when Verstappen took his first F1 Crown after a final lap overtake on Hamilton following a controversial Safety Car period that caused a lot of ink to be spilled.
Fast forward to 2023, and the Dutchman has long secured his third F1 Title with Red Bull, over a season of utter dominance, of which we still have one episode to watch this weekend in Abu Dhabi.
Heading into Abu Dhabi this weekend, Verstappen has he chance to extend his own record if he wins his 19th race in 2023, and there is nothing to suggest he won't pull it off.
Speaking in Red Bull's race preview, Verstappen said: "Abu Dhabi always brings back good memories for me and the Team, winning my first Drivers' Championship here is a memory that we'll never forget.
"It's been a long but successful season, I'm looking forward to a break and having some free time. The whole Team has worked incredibly hard and everyone deserves a good rest and time with their friends and families.
"It's the last push for the year and I'm hoping to end this season on a high," the triple F1 Champion concluded.
Straight after securing his second position in the 2023 F1 Drivers' Championship in Las Vegas last week, Sergio Perez is fired up and will try and deliver another strong result in the season finale.
"The final race of 2023!" Perez declared. "It's been a tough season at times and it's come with highs and lows for me but to be going to Abu Dhabi with second place in the Championship secured makes me very happy.
"I want to end the season on a high so I'll work hard in the time I have in the car to ensure we're in a good window. We had great pace in Vegas and I've had two brilliant weeks of racing, Brazil and then last weekend were so fun.
"I want to get the most out of the car once again and if we get it right we should have a successful Saturday and Sunday," the Mexican concluded.
Since Verstappen broke Hamilton's and Mercedes' run of dominance back in 2021, he and Red Bull have been on one of their own.

Big Question: Will that continue in 2024?
