2025 F1 Season Launch at O2 tickets sold out in an hour! Fraud?

The 2025 launch, featuring all 20 drivers, at London's O2 next Feb. 18 is open to fans and tickets were priced at between 58 to 113 pounds ($73 to $142).

Formula 1 said all tickets appeared to have gone within the hour: "We are aware that a few tickets for our season launch event at The O2 have been listed on unofficial resale websites.

"We can confirm that this is against the terms and conditions of sale and that any tickets bought through an unofficial resale platform are not valid for entry. Working with The O2 we have also identified that a number of the listings are fraudulent," a spokesperson added.

Earlier we reported that Tickets for Formula 1's 2025 season launch event, featuring all ten Teams, the Drivers, and Team Principals, are now on sale.

The F175 event - commemorating Formula 1's 75th season - scheduled for 18 February 2025 at London’s The O2, will run from 8pm to 10pm (GMT). Offering fans a unique opportunity to witness the unveiling of the 2025 car liveries and driver line-ups.

Tickets, priced between £58 and £113 (approximately $72 to $140, including booking fees), can be purchased via www.theo2.co.uk/F175live. Pricing tiers are based on seating location, with an additional transaction fee of £2.50 (approximately $3) per order.

The event promises to bring fans closer to the excitement of Formula 1 through interviews with drivers and Team Principals. As well as entertainment from special guest presenters.

Creative direction will be led by Brian Burke of BrianBurkeCreative. With support from Stufish Entertainment Architects, DX7 Design, and production company 1826 - the team behind last year’s Las Vegas Grand Prix opening and closing ceremonies.

With all ten teams - Alpine, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Haas, Kick Sauber, McLaren, Mercedes, Racing Bulls, Red Bull, and Williams - set to attend, the evening marks a first for Formula 1, combining sport and spectacle in a two-hour showcase at one of London's most iconic venues.
