This weekend is a busy one for IMSA, with the 12 Hours of Sebring a highlight to look forward to with 36 cars on the entry list for the 69th running of the iconic endurance event.
In the field for this weekend's race, NBC reports that Pagenaud and Johnson will be joined by fellow IndyCar drivers Scott Dixon (Chip Ganassi Racing’s No. 01 Cadillac), Sebastien Bourdais (Mustang Sampling JDC Miller’s No. 5 Cadillac) and Alexander Rossi (Wayne Taylor Racing’s No. 10 Acura).
Wayne Taylor Racing will be looking for a repeat of their famous victory at the Daytona 24 Hours earlier in the year.
Others drafted to join the full-time DPi driver lineups for IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championships teams include Mike Conway (Action Express’ No. 31 Cadillac), Jonathan Bomarito (No. 55 Mazda) and Juan Pablo Montoya (No. 60 Acura).
In GTLM, Corvette Racing will have endurance drivers Nicky Catsburg and Alexander Sims returning with full-timers Antonio Garcia, Jordan Taylor, Tommy Milner and Nick Tandy. BMW Team RLL also will field two entries at Sebring.

NASCAR now set up tent for Sunday's Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at the 1.5 mile Atlanta Motor Speedway, a 325 lap 500-mile race that Kevin Harvick won last year.
Over at IndyCar, it's the quiet before the storm as teams prepare for the 2021 Honda Grand Prix at Barber Motorsport Park in Alabama, the 2.38-mile road course where a number of familiar names will be plying their trade this year.
Firstly, none other than miracle man Romain Grosjean begins the next chapter of his career on the other side of the pond, with the Frenchman slated to compete in the road courses on the schedule. Meanwhile, oval duty will be taken up by Pietro Fittipaldi who has the daunting responsibility of carrying on his family legacy in the spotlight of the big time.
New Zealand-born and Australian-raised hotshot Scott McLaughlin is another interesting rookie to watch. He cannot be a slouch if he is getting a drive with Team Penske. Expect fireworks.
Also in the hunt is 45-year-old IndyCar rookie and NASCAR legend Jimmie Johnson who will be doing the business for Chip Ganassi Racing. With Alabama scheduled for 18 April, there is still a month of little to report about from the U.S. open-wheel brigade.
