George Russell and Kimi Antonelli have unveiled Mercedes’ first official Adidas collection, marking a new partnership between the German manufacturer and the sportswear giant.

The performance-focused team wear will be worn by drivers Russell and Antonelli, as well as Mercedes F1 Team engineers, and mechanics, with a fanwear collection also available.
This launch marks Adidas’ entry into Formula 1 teamwear, incorporating its performance technologies and ergonomic tailoring. The design blends functionality with a sleek, streetwear-influenced aesthetic, featuring black, white, and Mercedes’ iconic teal.
Bianca Mast, Product Lead at Adidas, highlighted the collaborative effort behind the collection, saying: "The collection is the culmination of hard work and dedication from our creation teams to deliver a collection that supports the sporting performance of the whole team in everything they do and is also one that fans can proudly wear both on the streets and in the stands at races."
She added: "We believe sport is for everyone, at every level, and motorsport is no different. Together with the Mercedes F1 Team, the prospect of bringing the pinnacle of motorsports to a new audience is one that truly excites us—and we can't wait to see the famous three stripes in the paddock this season."
The collection has been developed to cater to the unique demands of each role within the team, from drivers to mechanics and engineers.

Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff and the drivers took part in a tour of the Adidas campus to begin the day before participating in a selection of panel talks with media hosted by Laura Winter to discuss the new partnership and first collection.
Adidas staff were also given the chance to speak with the Mercedes F1 Team members before media and influencers had the chance to experience a bespoke fan zone featuring a Mercedes F1 simulator, personalisation, and merchandise stations, plus an archive wall with legendary product items from Adidas history.
Wolff said: "This is a trailblazing partnership. adidas is so culturally relevant and has overtaken its competitors in recent years. It is a brand that is always on the front foot, working with world-class athletes to innovate and push the boundaries.
"To be part of the Adidas family is therefore very special; we are excited for the journey ahead of us, and to break new ground within motorsport," added the Mercedes F1 boss.

For George Russell and Kimi Antonelli, the racewear has been designed with lightweight materials featuring Adidas’ AaroReadyY technology, aimed at keeping them cool and focused under pressure.
Russell said: "It’s incredible for us as a team to work with a brand like Adidas that truly understands what it is like to operate at the highest levels in sport.
"Their knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail are something that is only going to benefit us as a team and hopefully give us an advantage as we set out to fight for race wins and championships, both this season and beyond," added the Briton who will lead the team in 2025.
Lewis Hamilton's replacement, Antonelli, preparing for his first season in Formula 1, echoed Russell’s enthusiasm; he added: "We’re hugely excited to work with Adidas as a team, and personally, as I look forward to my first season in F1, it feels even more special.

"I’m so glad to be working with a partner who truly understands the athlete’s mindset. The first time I wore the new kit with my teammates is a moment I will remember forever, and I can't wait to look out into the stands and see the fans wearing it too," the Italian teenager elaborated.
Mercedes' new Adidas teamwear prioritises durability for mechanics and breathability for engineers, replacing traditional button-downs with lightweight polo shirts. The fanwear line blends motorsport and streetwear, featuring hoodies, t-shirts, and loungewear, with driver-specific items to follow.
The collection includes Adidas Ultraboost 5 and Supernova trainers for performance, alongside lifestyle sneakers for fans. This partnership marks Adidas’ motorsport debut, bringing its athlete-focused approach to Formula 1, while reinforcing Mercedes’ pursuit of performance excellence as Russell and Antonelli head into 2025.
