red bull rb20 launch 2024

Oracle Red Bull Racing have announced the date on which they will reveal their RB20, the car with which they will defend their Formula 1 crown.

Red Bull became the sixth team to announce the date on which they will launch their 2024 F1 car, the RB20, which Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez will drive in the upcoming F1 season.
The reigning Constructors' Champions announced that February 15, 2024 will be the date of reveal of the RB20.
The new car will have big shoes to fill as it succeeds the all conquering RB19 which won all but one race back in 2023, Perez winning two races while Verstappen taking a record breaking 19 wins.
The RB20 will be the third car from Milton Keynes built under the new "ground effect" aero regulations launched in 2022, an era the team have utterly dominated up to now, reminiscent of the Mercedes dominant years between 2014 and 2020.
Verstappen will be looking to defend his title with the RB20, gunning for a fourth consecutive F1 Drivers' Crown, while Perez would be hoping the new Adrian Newey designed machine will help him recapture his early 2022 form, as he seeks to keep his seat with Red Bull beyond his current contract that ends in 2024.
Thanks to the RB19, Red Bull have scored a total of 860 points back in 2023, a whopping 451 points clear of second-placed Mercedes.
Verstappen scored 575 points out of the team's tally and was 290 points clear of runner up Perez.
Red Bull have achieved their first Drivers' Championship one/two finish in their history, and will be looking to replicate this performance in 2024.
