Mercedes release teaser photos of 2012 car

Feb.16 (PVM) With all the big teams having already shown their 2012 cars during the recent Jerez tests, anticipation mounts as the launch date of the Mercedes AMG F1-W02 approaches.

The Brackley based team have released a teaser on their Facebook page, which reveals very little but has already got tongues wagging in F1 circles. Read report here>>>

Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg are set to unveil the team's 2012 challenger, which will be publicly unveiled at the Circuit de Catalunya, in Barcelona, on 21 February 2012 - the day of the second pre-season F1 testing.

Thereafter, Schumacher is scheduled to spend the first day in the cockpit.

The team used their 2011 car, the MGP-W02 during the first four days of pre-season testing at Jerez. topping the timing screens on two days with the car that featured parts destined for the 2012 car.
