For those F1 fans who know little about the USA most popular racing series, NASCAR cars can perform fast enough to go at high speeds, which is why these speedways are in oval shapes and circuits for the more nimble F1 'cousins'.

There are different types of NASCAR events that take place such as the NASCAR Cup Series and the Xfinity Series. Speaking of Xfinity, not only does the event feature fast car speeds but Xfinity internet speed is just as fast as a NASCAR car too! Starting this list off with the Ford Taurus, Ford is a pretty well-known name all over the world with cars such as the iconic Mustang. However, Taurus is also the kind of car that may be a bit underrated but it is an absolute beast of a car.

The best thing about the Ford Taurus is that it won 100 races, which is a pretty big deal for the car. The car replaced another iconic Ford car the Thunderbird. What’s interesting about the car is that it was initially a four-door car, something that isn’t allowed in the NASCAR series. However, they were still given permission, and a two-door variant of the car was presented which went on to win 100 races. The car also won three Cup titles and two Busch championships.

Imagine creating a car SO POWERFUL that it ends up getting banned from NASCAR. That is the sad yet satisfactory story of the Dodge Charger Daytona. The car had a very sleek, streamlined body that aided the car at insanely high speeds, giving it all the stability that it needed. The spoiler at the back was so huge that it would make the car look like it would take off and start flying at any time.

It doesn’t just end there; we will talk about the car’s insane engine now. When the car was launched, it came with two engine options. It could either have a 7.0L Hemi V8 or it could have a 7.2L Magnum V8. Both of the engines pushed the car to its limits and made it unstoppable. Back in 1969, the car hit a top speed of 200mph and that was when it was decided that the car would be banned because of the advantage that the car had. The other car that was banned alongside the Charger was the Plymouth Superbird.

Continuing on with this list, we have the Plymouth Road Runner. This car was quite the hotshot back in 1971 when it was driven by Richard Petty. The man stacked up 21 victories and 41 top-ten finishes while driving this car. 1971 was also the year when Richard became the Winston Cup Series.

The car comes with a staggering 426ci Hemi V8 engine, allowing the car to go 0-60mph in around 5.7 seconds. The car also had a futuristic kind of aerodynamic design that helped the car reach speeds that would astound people. It also gave a pretty good handling and stability, making the car one of the most iconic ones in NASCAR.

Toyota is pretty well-known when it comes to creating amazing cars, isn’t it? With cars like the iconic Supra, how could Toyota stay behind in the list of NASCAR cars as well? However, today we will be talking about the Toyota Camry, which is one of the most popular cars in NASCAR. Toyota actively took part in the Craftsman Truck and Busch series and in 2007, Toyota decided to use the Camry. People agree that it was a very bold move on Toyota’s end, but a good one.

The first year, Toyota didn’t perform as well as it should have but ever since 2008, the Camry started proving its mettle. Ever since 2008, Toyota has won 3 championships with the most recent being from Kyle Busch who drove his #18 M&M Camry.

Coming towards the best of them all, the unbeatable Chevy Monte Carlo. We’ll have to say that Chevrolet really outdid themselves when they created this beast of a machine. The car was in Cup on and off from the years 1971 to 2007. During these years, the Monte Carlo had 24 of 31 manufacturer’s championships and 16 of its 23 driver’s titles.

The Chevy Monte Carlo is the car that gave Dale Earnhardt his fame and also earned him the iconic nickname of “The Intimidator”. Dale has driven two Monte Carlo’s when he drove in the series, his first being a blue and yellow one as it was sponsored by Wrangler Jeans.

However, the second car was all black as it was sponsored by GM Goodwrench. The reason why this car is at number 1 among all the NASCAR cars is because it has 396 wins, making it the car with the most wins. That is exactly why we decided to save this car for last since it was the best out of them all.
