The 2025 United States Grand Prix at Austin’s Circuit of the Americas will see two striking one-off liveries hit the track, as Aston Martin and Racing Bulls each unveiled special designs celebrating science, culture, and innovation.
Aston Martin revealed its first bespoke livery in partnership with Aramco, "a science-inspired design" covered in mathematical formulas representing the unseen technology behind a Formula 1 car. The matte green AMR25 highlights the people and ideas driving the team’s engineering progress.
The livery was unveiled in Houston by Fernando Alonso and young driver Jak Crawford, marking a first for the British team.
The launch coincided with the Aramco STEM Challenge 2025, an international competition giving students aged 18–25 the chance to earn a placement at the team’s Silverstone Technology Campus. The initiative supports Aramco’s goal to inspire future engineers through F1.
From 2026, Aramco will provide Aramco ProForce+, the FIA-compliant 100% sustainable fuel that will power Aston Martin’s race cars under the new regulations. Already a supplier to Formula 2, Formula 3 and F1 Academy, Aramco continues to lead the sport’s transition toward sustainable performance.
Blending culture and creativity
Meanwhile, Visa Cash App-backed Racing Bulls launched a pearlescent black and amber tortoise-pattern livery for their VCARB 02 car, inspired by Cash App’s customisable Tortoise Card. Introduced alongside multi-platinum artist Shaboozey, the design extends across the team’s race suits, garage and apparel for the Austin weekend.
Cash App promoted the livery with a short film featuring Shaboozey and comedian Caleb Pressley, directed by Alex Russell. The playful diner-scene spot ends with Shaboozey picking up the check using his Tortoise Card — a tongue-in-cheek nod to the brand’s confident energy.
Shaboozey said: “I was excited to launch this card earlier this year and now seeing it come to life on an F1 car is electric.”
Racing Bulls CEO Peter Bayer added: “These special liveries have become part of our identity; moments where motorsport meets music, fashion and creativity. Austin is the perfect place to bring it to life.”
With Aston Martin spotlighting science and VCARB blending art and culture, Austin’s U.S. Grand Prix once again stands out as Formula 1’s creative showcase — where innovation off the track shines as brightly as the racing itself.
Also sporting a different livery for the occasion of their home race is the
Haas F1 Team, which earlier this week revealed a special paint job for the United States Grand Prix.
