Haas, the final team to reveal 2024 F1 car launch date

Haas have become the final team to reveal the date on which they will launch their VF-24, their Formula 1 challenger for the 2024 season.

Haas said there would be an online livery reveal of the car on February 2, 2024, while the actual car will break cover at Silverstone on February 11 during a shakedown event.

The VF-24 will be the ninth single seater produced by the US F1 Team for the Formula 1 World Championship, but it will be the first that will not be launched under Guenther Steiner’s watch.

Steiner was let go by the team owner Gene Haas early in January with Ayao Komatsu promoted to the Team Principal role.

The team has also announced that Technical Director Simone Resta also left the team after being there on loan from Ferrari.

Haas will retain the same driver lineup for 2024 with Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenberg leading the team’s F1 charge.

Haas finished the 2023 F1 season last in the Constructors’ Championship, something owner Gene Haas claimed he is not interested in anymore, which he pointed out as a reason why he decided to fire Steiner and replace him by Komatsu.

With Haas revealing their 2024 F1 car launch date, this is how out 2024 launch season will look like.
