Ten years since that horrible incident at Meribel in the French Alps, the Formula 1 world united in paying tribute to Michael Schumacher one of the sport's greatest drivers, seriously injured that fateful day and never again seen in public.

Despite the absence, it is clear that seven-time F1 World Champion Schumacher lives on, in all senses of the word, embodied by today's torrent of tributes from rivals, drivers who never met him, those he inspired, from teams, of course, his legion of fans and everyone touched by The Great Schumie Legacy.
Among them his great rival Damon Hill who told PA Media: “It is a terrible tragedy. This is not how you want anyone to end up. It makes you treasure every day and be thankful for your good fortune. I think about his family. It is so hard for them.”
Our editor, editor and self-confessed MS fanboy, Jad Mallak shared his thoughts on a decade without Michael. As did Michele Lupini with a fond tribute to Schumie from a born and bred Tifosi. Also for those who may not recall, or never heard about it, we republished the final official interview Michael gave.
Of course, we were not alone in honouring him, below is a collection of tributes for 54-year-old Schumacher, many urging #KeepFightingMichael:
