Alex Albon scored 27 of those points after delivering a strong season for the Grove-based outfit, while teammate Logan Sargeant struggled on his rookie campaign only scoring one point. Williams will retain the same driver lineup for 2024.

Vowles has set out rebuilding Williams after the team suffered years of neglect and lack of proper investment in infrastructure and facilities and has hired Pat Fry from Alpine to lead the technical department from November of 2023 onwards.

Sauber on the other hand have a new name as Alfa Romeo departed F1 and as the team takes another step closer towards entering the Audi era in 2026.

They’ve had a new CEO in the form of Andreas Seidl who left McLaren and also offered a new home to James Key who was let go of his job as Technical Director at Woking.

Sauber, under the Alfa Romeo moniker finished the 2023 F1 Constructors’ Championship ninth with 16 points, Valtteri Bottas scoring ten while Zhou Guanyu scored six. Both drivers will remain with the team for 2024.

Both Williams and Sauber did not reveal much about their launch plans, but the latter did reveal their plans for an early evening event that will take place in London, their first in the United Kingdom’s capital, which will showcase the team’s new identity, which Sauber insist will deliver “the ‘wow’ factor to our sport”.
