Sebastian Vettel has described Spa-Francorchamps as one of his "favourite places to drive a Formula 1 car", ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix this weekend.
The German has won at the circuit three times during his F1 career and will be hoping for a positive result on Sunday after an unfortunate Hungarian Grand Prix where he was stripped of second place due to a fuel issue.
Nonetheless, it was an excellent drive by Vettel, who pressured eventual winner Esteban Ocon all the way to the line after a chaotic start.
Vettel last won at Spa in 2018 with Ferrari and heads to the circuit this weekend with plenty of great memories.
"I think every driver on the grid enjoys racing at Spa and it is definitely one of my favourite places to drive a Formula One car because of the layout and the special combination of corners," he said.
"I have great memories of Spa, having won here in 2011, 2013 and 2018, so I can't wait to get back on track."
While Vettel has picked up a podium this season, it has been a slightly quiet year for teammate Lance Stroll, who has amassed just 18 points from the first 11 races.
"It has been nice to have a break and come back with maximum focus and determination for the second half of the year," Stroll added.
"Spa is always a home race of sorts for me because of my Belgian heritage. It is one of my favourite Grands Prix of the year, anything can happen in Spa!"
