The layout of the Albert Park circuit in Melbourne will change ahead of the 2021 Australian Grand Prix, which is scheduled for November.

Organisers had initially planned to make adjustments to the circuit before next year's race, but the postponement of this season's edition has led to those plans being brought forward.
With the race moved from its usual March slot, there would not have been enough time until the 2022 curtain-raiser for the changes to be completed.
According to Autosport, the first phase of renovations have already taken place, with the width of the pitlane extended by two metres.
The next phase will involve changes to the circuit layout, with the Turn 9 and 10 undergoing the most significant alterations.
Work will begin next week and should be completed by July. The track is set to be resurfaced too, although that will take place after November's Grand Prix.
