Racing Point Formula 1 team will run its 2020 car next week at Silverstone ahead of the return of the sport in Austria next month.
The Silverstone team are set to be the first team to run their 2020 car since pre-season testing, with Ferrari and Mercedes having already conducted testing days with old-spec machinery.
Current regulations allow teams to complete two promotional days of running with their current car per season, but they are limited to 100kms a day and have to run Pirelli demo tyres.
Racing Point will head to the home of the British Grand Prix on Wednesday 17 June for the shake down, with Lance Stroll set to drive the RP20 around the short National layout.
Stroll will be the latest of a number of drivers to get back into the car ahead of the return of Formula 1, with Lando Norris testing a Euroformula 3 car, Charles Leclerc and Kevin Magnussen karting and Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas running the 2018-spec Mercedes.
