Making sense of the engine penalties and how they affect the grid for the 65th running of the Belgian Grand Prix is a complicated job and does little to endear Formula 1 to fans.
For many drivers, how they finished in qualifying at Spa-Francorchamps had little relevance to where they will start the race today as the dreaded PU penalties kicked in.
