Toro Rosso have confirmed that they will be present at the first test of the 2014 season when engines fire up at Jerez on 28 January.
The team will unveil their new car – the Scuderia Toro Rosso STR9 – a day earlier, Monday, in the Jerez pitlane.
Present for the team at the launch will be Franz Tost, James Key, Luca Furbatto, Daniil Kvyat and Jean-Eric Vergne and Alfonso Escámez, CEPSA Senior Vice-President Communication & Institutional Relations.
Vergne will be in the cockpit on the opening day of testing for the Red Bull backed team, who will be running Renault power for the first time after terminating their Ferrari engine supply agreement last year.
