Buemi on duty for Red Bull at Pirelli test in Bahrain 12 December, 2013 Sebastien Buemi Red Bull has confirmed that reserve driver Sebastien Buemi will be driving for Red Bull F1 during the three day Pirelli tyre test in Bahrain, with Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Ricciardo not expected at the three day test. The reigning World Champions will join Ferrari, Mercedes and Toro Rosso for the test from 17-19 December at Sakhir. Buemi, who was recently re-confirmed as the team’s test/reserve driver for 2014, will be in action in the cockpit of the team’s RB9. The Swiss driver recently won the final round of the World Endurance Championship at Bahrain International Circuit, driving for Toyota.
