StarCards launches annual F1 charity auction

Nov.29 (Sutton Images) StarCards is celebrating 10 years of fundraising for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity at London’s iconic BT Tower, on Friday 23rd November.

Formula One World Championship, Rd15, Japanese Grand Prix, Preparations, Suzuka, Japan, Thursday 4 October 2012.Supported by Mark Sutton and the team at Sutton Images, the evening will launch Starcards 10th annual Christmas celebrity charity online auction featuring significant A-list auction items including framed StarCards signed by every one of the 2012/13 season Formula One drivers, and a host of other major world leaders and celebrities including British Prime Minister David Cameron, former US President Gerald Ford, Brian May, Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton, Dynamo (Magician Impossible), Jessie J, and many more.

Other unique lots include a GOSH T shirt signed by all current F1 drivers, and a complete set of 2012/13 Formula 1 StarCards and memorabilia. Brian May has signed a copy of his ‘Red Special’ guitar in support of the auction.

Mark Sutton has been a very active supporter and his regular collection of signings and stunning photographs supported by all Formula One teams are a massive contribution. We are dedicated to raising vital funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity to support the refurbishment of the hospital, provide up-to-date equipment and fund research into better treatments.”
