Formula One World Championship, Rd19 United States Grand Prix, Preparations, Austin, Texas, 15 November 2012.Nov.16 (GMM) Retiring seven time world champion Michael Schumacher has bought a 200-hectare ranch in Texas, according to the German newspaper Bild.

The report said that the seven time world champion’s equestrian-loving wife Corinna has already started breeding riding horses at the property, where they have been staying in the past few days.

The ranch has stables for 36 horses, Bild added, but quoted Schumacher as insisting: “No, no, we’re going to keep living in Switzerland.

“But we will also be here and plan to spend more time here,” said the Mercedes driver in Austin, Texas, ahead of the US Grand Prix.

Schumacher, 43, is returning to retirement after next weekend’s Brazilian Grand Prix.

I don’t want any body to be compared to Schumacher. He was, is and will remain the greatest no matter what BBC’s pundits say. If from some where Haug and Brawn find some horse power and send Michael into the retirement with a win that would be awe sum. But I know they cannot

Mercedes cannot buy Schumi a win so I think he must consider competing with others on Austin’s F1 track on his horse. I am sure he on his horse can beat Bulls and Prancing Horse

  • Hammad

Ok. I know I am exaggerating. But he can beat Force India, Saubers and Torro Rosso’s. Cant he? What every body says? Lol. Mercedes is shit

Happy retirement and all the best Schumi! You will always be the greatest of all-time. Thank you for all the beautiful memories and emotions. Enjoy spending more time with your family and doing other fun stuff besides driving an F1 car.
