Oct.27 (PVM) Lewis Hamilton will have his recently appointed manager Simon Fuller at his side during this weekend’s inaugural Indian Grand Prix at Buddh International Circuit, in the wake of his headline grabbing split with pop-star girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger.

Sky reports that Fuller, who runs the hugely successful XIX Entertainment celebrity management company, came under fire recently from Anthony Hamilton, Lewis’ father, for lack of presence during grand prix weekends.

In Korea the McLaren driver was morose, and in retrospect must have been linked to his split, however after the race he returned home for some R&R with his family.

His father promptly declared, “He’s turned a corner in everything he’s done, his life, his loves and his love of motor sport. Next year is going to be interesting. You’ve only seen a young Lewis Hamilton. Now Lewis Hamilton the man is coming.”

Ahead of the inaugural Indian GP, Hamilton said, “I really hope India will get turned on to Formula 1 in a big way – it would be amazing to have an entire continent supporting you – and I really hope we can put on a fantastic race!”
