Rosberg as good as Vettel says Berger

Qualifying parc ferme top three (L to R): Nico Rosberg (GER) Mercedes GP, third; Sebastian Vettel (GER) Red Bull Racing, pole position. Formula One World Championship, Rd 4, Turkish Grand Prix, Qualifying Day, Istanbul Park, Turkey, Saturday 7 May 2011.

Nico Rosberg and Sebastian Vettel

May 24 (GMM) Sebastian Vettel is a brilliant driver and his countryman Nico Rosberg is in the same league according to Gerhard Berger, who was part of Vettel’s first Grand Prix win in 2008 as the team co-owner on the Toro Rosso pitwall.

“He is a killer,” the great Austrian told Bild newspaper, “and his great advantage is he doesn’t look like it. He looks like a nice young man from your neighbourhood.”

Two years older than 23-year-old Vettel is fellow German Rosberg, who has not yet won a single Formula 1 race despite having almost two seasons more experience.

But the son of 1982 world champion Keke Rosberg has consistently beaten Michael Schumacher at Mercedes GP, prompting Berger to claim, “I see him on a par with Vettel. All he lacks is a fast car.”

How can he be when he has’nt even won a race yet?,and he could’nt even get past his teammate in the last race.

give rosberg webbers car then you will see how overrated vettle is. rosberg is doing extremely well in the slow silver arrow. especially last year he had 2 podiums with a slow car. imagine how far back vettle will be if hamilton alonso kubica and rosberg were all handed a RB7 for a season. There is no way webber could be quicker than these guys, but only he can stop vettle from getting pole positions. So how much does that say about vettles pace. He is good but overrated.
