Prost says champ Vettel will get stronger 30 November, 2010 Alain Prost and Sebastien Loeb at the ROC in Dusseldorf Nov.30 (Grand Prix 247) Four times Formula 1 World Champion Alain Prost believes that Sebastian Vettel will emerge as an even stronger driver after the 23 year old German clinched the 2010 F1 world title in dramatic fashion in Abu Dhabi earlier this month. Prost, who was one of the drivers competing in the star studded Race of Champions in Dussledorf, told media, “Now he has got a title he is going to see things differently and he’s going to be a bit more quiet sometimes. In different races maybe he will get some more points. So I think he’s going to be even stronger now.” Red Bull driver Vettel took the title despite a season littered with incidents and niggles, including the headline grabbing collision with team mate Mark Webber in Turkey. Alain is correct in what he says but I am sure there are other drivers in the field that would run rings around him. They just don’t have the equipment he has. Arthur True, Vettel will be stronger but don’t forget his oppositions are vicious beast with longer horns. He deserved the title for grabbing it without a glitch, but he is not popular to the masses for his attitude. The “congratulation stage” is over. Back to the business baby!!!
